About this House

1974, 15x70 Mobile Home. Located in Bel Clare Estates Mobile Home Park in St. Cloud. 3 possibly 4 bedrooms. Home has 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was 2 bedrooms at one point but the wall was removed and was made into one large room. There are 2 doors and could easily be made into 2 bedrooms again by adding a wall. There is a large addition that is being used as 3rd bedroom. The addition has a door to the outside that has a tiny deck off it.
Currently in the process of fixing it up. All floors have been replaced. Living room has new carpet, new linoleum in hallway and bathroom. New bathtub and surround. New light fixtures. Newer windows. Laminate wood flooring in kitchen.
All 3 bedrooms still need to be carpeted. Closets in all 3 bedrooms. Newer up to date furnace. Deck off of front of the home and small shed included.
Home is being sold as is.
You must fill out 25 dollar application to be approved to live in the park. First months lot rent of 320 dollars and damage deposit of 320 dollars is required before you can move into the park. Garbage, sewer and water is included in the lot rent. 2 pets per household.

    "I lived a couple of blocks away for 18 years. While everything in the review from 6 years ago was definitely true, I know for a fact that activity has greatly improved. The scsu attendance is greatly reduced, so the walk- by traffic has diminished significantly. The university had extended their discipline of student activity to include bad behavior off-campus. On the downside, there are far fewer events held on campus. It is wonderful to walk to downtown, even to Lake George and to the public library, depending on how much exercising you want to do! Multiple bus routes make a stop at Miller Library so it is very convenient to get around. The Neighborhood’s homeowners would welcome the Rehab of this beautiful jem. There is an historical preservation committee, and the members have a great deal of experience in returning homes to their initial glory. As this is on auction, it could be that the pipes were frozen, and any buyer would be looking at the replacement of the plumbing system. Check the utility records to see if the usage was high during the winter. Good luck searching for the right house for you and your family!"

    "We have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and know most of our neighbors on first name basis. There are lots of families and multi-generational families. We appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood. It is generally very safe although there are places to avoid due to the occupants. We lock our doors and I don’t let my elementary school son walk alone around the block for safety, but I am a cautious person. It’s a busy, but quiet neighborhood. "
