Description

This property is a two bedroom one bath home that has been well taken care of on a large lot near Old town. The home has hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator the home also has Central heating and air conditioning completely fenced with a huge backyard. We hope to be able to find someone that would have a desire to maintain the landscaping and the home itself in very good condition. There is a storage shed for any miscellaneous things you may need to have stored . We have a gardener to maintain the yards. an extra fee of $200.00 per month . Applicants will be required to a credit report at their expense also a rental verification. Our home will be available to rent approximately September 1 with first months rent and deposits. We are asking $1650 per month payable on the first with a $2000 deposit pets are negotiable.

Most people seem to be very dog friendly and it’s nice when you’re out for a walk with your fur baby, that you will almost always meet someone who wants to say hello or has a dog that you want to say hello to and they will let you. This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
