About this House

Property is conveniently located in the Longview ISD near Longview Regional Hospital. Quiet neighborhood with large fenced back yard and storage shed. Gazebo for extra shelter in the back yard. It has a carport and windowed in sunroom. Three bedroom, 2 bath, office space, large family room and dining area. Dishwasher is available and pantry area with washer/dryer hook-ups.

Renter pays all utilities, water and electric. Trash pick up is included in water bill. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed with nonrefundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. Deposit and 1st month rent must be paid in full prior to moving in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. If not paid by the 5th of the month a late fee of $5/day is charged and added to the rent. Applications are made through Zillow which checks credit and criminal history.
