Enjoy the four distinct seasons along with abundant wild life and beautiful wildflowers and complete privacy. Saddle Ridge is a private gated community. We live in Saddle Ridge and are available to show the lot almost anytime, but do call before getting to the gate as cell coverage is spotty at that low elevation.

Curriculum is lacking a bit. Reading standards are laughable. Bullying wasn't handled properly in the slightest. It seems that the staff attempts to reconcile but falls short each time. I've been told that both religion and politics have been "discussed" multiple times as well with more opinion than factual representation for one side or another. Also unacceptable to me. The school seems to be attempting to improve. Time will tell.

"This area is in the country with mountain views but is close to and centrally located to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Knoxville, Maryville, Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville airport, Townsend and Foothills Parkway. This is a very quiet and peaceful area in an area of upscale homes in Ansely Manor and Thunderhead Mountain Vista subdivsions."

"This area is in the mountains but also convenient to all the shopping in Maryville. Located adjacent to the little river and just minutes from Townsend. Walland is a beautiful, quiet location ideal for any who want to be away from the hustle and bustle...but not too far so as to be inconvenient."
