This 2/1 house was remodeled in 2012 to modernize the comforts, but keeps the charm of the original 1930's build. The big post oak tree and covered front porch make it a perfect place to hang on beautiful spring/fall days, and a large back deck for all your grilling and chillling. The backyard is shared, and laundry is shared in an isolated laundry room.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to show the house until mid-March. When we have updated showing availability, I will update here. Also, updated pictures coming soon (painted kitchen cabinets, new back deck, and exterior photos).

Standard 12 month lease with option to renew or go to month-to-month. The bills (City of Austin (water/electric/garbage) and Texas Gas Service are $200/month which is not included in monthly rental price. Internet service also not included in this price, but 1GB service is available. Please inquire if you have any specific questions.
