This checklist, with date-stamped photographs, shall serve as the definitive record of condition. Tenant has 5 days after move-in to report any additional pre-existing damages in writing. Tenant promises to keep the premises in a neat/sanitary condition and reimburse Landlord for repairs caused by misuse or negligence.
Right of Entry: Landlord shall conduct a walkthrough of both the interior and exterior once every three (3) months to verify property condition, ensure fixtures/appliances are in good working order, and perform preventative maintenance (including water softener and septic).
