Our home can easily accommodate a large family or group. The backyard is perfect for swimming and outdoor grilling! You will have easy access to everything in Phoenix from this central located place.

Our house is more than just a house. To us, it is a home filled with a lifetime of laughter, memories, some sadness along the way, but most of all love. Our home has always been open to friends and family to enjoy. Whether it was to host homecoming dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, anniversary parties, birthday celebrations, game nights or just to come over for a nice chat and drinks. With our children now grown and off to college we would like to open our home to you and your friends and family to enjoy. We only hope you grow to love our home as we do.
Our home has a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom, two living rooms, kitchen and large dining room. The backyard has a casita with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a single unit washer dryer.
Renters will have access to entire house and casita. The lovely casita is separate from the main house and is its own stand-alone unit. It host a queen sized bed, kitchenette, dining area, on-suite bathroom, and single unit washer/dryer! With access to the backyard amentities including private swimming pool (not heated), bbq and seating area.
Renters will be able to enter the home via key pad and access coded located on the front door.
Parking for four is front of the house and east driveway.
We love your furry friends but it's case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $150 for cats/small dogs 20 pounds and below and a $250 pet fee for 20 pounds above per pet. This will need to be collected prior to your stay.
Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
The lease is available for 4 months Jun-September 2025. The monthly price includes all utility costs.
