About this House

One side of our duplex is now up for rent! Our rental unit is being offered as a 2bd/1ba with a kitchenette that will have all utilities included (except wifi). Both bedrooms are large in size with huge closet space. This rental would be perfect for a working professional or a couple who has a similar lifestyle to us. Since this is our home, that means my husband and I will be living on the other side of the duplex so we're hoping to find someone who is responsible, clean and overall just a friendly neighbor.

Our home is located in the heart of Tower District and is less than 5-10 mins away from Downtown Fresno and the Highway entrances of CA-41 & CA-99.

Highlights include:
- Private entrance and reserved parking within the gated driveway (if needed)
- Spacious bedrooms with large closets, ceiling fans, and big windows with natural sunlight
- Updated kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator & plenty of storage with the kitchen cabinets

Details:
Rent: $1,500/ month with all utilities included (except WiFi)
Lease Term: Month to Month lease and afterwards a 6 month option will be offered.
Smoking: Cigarettes not allowed

Rent will include all utilities (except WIFI).

Parking will be available inside of the gated driveway but the amount of cars allowed inside of the driveway will depend on how many cars you own and what each person's work schedule might look like in effort to avoid being blocked in by each other accidently. As an alternative, there's plenty of street parking that's always available!

Absolutely no cigarette smoking allowed. Any other alcohol or legal substance on premises is allowed for personal use but is to be maintained in a discreet and respectful manner.

I really like that. What i like most is if i get this home im also very close to the roading park zoo are the little ones can get on rides too and the best🙂one i saved for last is Story land...."
