Renting the master suite in my house. Great location with easy access to freeway and near restaurants/shops at Fort Union and Fashion Place.

The space has about 200 square feet in the bedroom and can include dresser in the picture if desired. Room has a large walk-in closet and connected private bath.

Common areas include living, kitchen, dining, laundry and basement.

The house has two other renters living there.

Rent includes all utilities and monthly cleaning service for common areas and bathrooms.

Owner lives out of state and will be in town for showings Oct 2 & 3, 2026 only. Showings will only be scheduled for these dates.

Owner makes occasional visits to Utah and will stay in the home during these visits. Though full-time pets are not permitted, owner may have a dog during some visits.

Rental application will require a background check (paid by applicant) and $300 fully refundable deposit. Lease is negotiable with month-to-month after expiration.
