The new Resident Benefits package includes a variety of perks and services and
discounts that are designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable. Some of
the benefits of this package include:
1. Late Fee Waiver- One free late fee per year
2. NSF Fee WaiverOne free NSF Fee per year
3.Pinata- Earn points with on-time rent payments which can be used to
purchase gift cards and to win prizes!

$3,000 in Medical Payments to Others
Personal property- full replacement amount
Please note that proof of renters insurance must be provided prior to move-in and throughout the lease term. We understand that accidents can happen, and we want to ensure that all parties involved are protected.
