"safe community, good schools area for outdoor recreation and always safe streets. Knowing that medical facilities anf convenience od doctors. parents do not much traffic close to homes that makes safe for their children. "

"Private access neighborhood with spring fed lake and community beach. Streets lined with mature oaks, friendly neighborhood, family oriented. Neighbors look out for each other, HOA is optional but neighbor hood is kept up mostly by resident volunteers."
