* Pet Disclosure: If you plan on brining a dog you MUST get a pre-approval prior to booking. We have a maximum pet occupancy of 1 dog that may not exceed 50 lbs. There is a pet fee of $20.00 per day for the pet and will REDUCE your total occupancy by 1 person. Fees must be paid and arranged prior to check in.
Pool Heater Disclosure: Pool heat is optional from November 15-May 15 and is and ADD ON charge of an additional $20.00 per day and must be arranged prior to check in. Pool heat is NOT included in rental rates.

This home is a vacation rental and not a long-term rental.
Rents noted are the base rent, 12.5% sales tax and monthly cleaning fee added to base rents in addition to pet fee and pool heat charge should you opt into either.
Rents allows $500.00 Water / Electric Credit additional overages will be withheld from deposit.
