Vaulted ceiling and granite countertop. This is an entirely private unit w/its own entrance, similar to a hotel room. One off-street parking space. Wi-fi is included. No sub-letting.

Water/sewer, electric, internet and garbage are included. No smoking or pets allowed.

Lease term is 12 months.

Screening fee for credit check $30.

Must provide proof of income, employment and rental references.
