"We have the best mayor in the USA, he cares so much for the neighborhood. Clean streets, lights everywhere. You can contact the mayor directly if you need to. No garbage, police officers are our friends, they really care for your well being. You feel safe walking around anytime of the day. All types of food, we have a 24/7 supermarket that has EVERYTHING, parks for kids are so clean and beautiful. I love it here! "

"A complete synch to get to Midtown NY. Around the corner I have three lines: the 159 which is most frequent, and the 127 and 154 which come regularly. A further block away is the 156, and on 30th Street you have all inbound local lines to port Authority. "
