    "Now that the new shops are up and the Rt1 (Jeff. Davis Hwy) is being expanded, this area is top on my list of great places to live. I like that it's convenient to the military installations, shopping, and schools. The community is mostly military personnel so it feels a lot safer and cleaner than most areas in the VA/DC area. The homes are beautiful and continues to become a hot spot for entertainment with all of the money the city is putting into Woodbridge, VA. It's a nice place to live and is going to be even better with all of the improvements being put in place by the city for a long time to come."

Having Wegman's grocery store less than a mile away is a big PLUS as well as being so close to the 95 freeway. The VRE is two miles from this neighborhood.
