There is a large courtyard where summertime music happens on the weekend. The home has been fully remodeled with a new kitchen and new bath. It also has a new furnace and A/C unit. It's a 3 bedroom and 1 bath home with a large sunroom in the rear of the home. There is a 1 car (small car) detached garage in the back alley and a carport inside the back fence. This is a fun place to live and an easy place to access all you need!
Lease rate is for a fully furnished home. Lease is $2950 per month including all utilities. I will allow 1 pet with an extra pet deposit of $50 per month. Deposit is $1000. Lease term is from 1 month to as long as you want to stay.
