"It’s a faster living pace with a lot of going on. It’s great for people who aren’t bothered by things always going on. "
  • Trulia User
"There is not a dog park. Adjacent city block could be zoned to a dog park. Most all neighbors walk dogs around the the 4 blocks "
  • Trulia User
"Fine transportation system in progress for future updates and new routes. Lots to see and do even more to come in the near future as well"

"There are 2 dog parks. One is small and close by, but there's a large one that's pretty good also. Just don't let it pee on the Alamo and you'll be fine."
  • Freida T.
"Great commute to job and access to highways, transportation right outside where I live. Great access to restaurants and places to see and things to do downtown. Shopping in walking distance. Grocery store in walking distance as well. "
  • Yvette_hartsfield
"I love the storybook feel of the homes. I love the fact that people are out walking and in the neighborhood at all times. I also love how friendly they are. I love that I can walk to restaurants and shops and the grocery store and parks."
  • Chacho2421
"Prob not, loving downtown is not conducive to pets. Plus building I live in doesn’t allow. Parking is quite the task on busy days "
  • 24thstdogg
"downtown area has easy access to any hwy so kids can get to school. Downtown has plenty of restaurants open for breakfast. With different restaurants open early kids can pick different restaurants to eat every morning."
  • Kim J.
"It's impossible to find grass, wade through foot and scooter traffic, and even exit your building if in downtown proper. Horrible place to live."
  • Erik N.
"Everything is so close an accessible it makes it easy to get around and want to do things. There is a sense of community around and everyone is nice and wants to hangout"
  • Micah H.
"One block off Houston Street where the Police Substation is, patrolled by bike officers. The area is much better than it used to be, LuLu's is good for breakfast/lunch as is the bakery at the Sheraton Gunther."
