Great location. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. As you walk outside of the neighborhood onto the main streets, you can find all kind of restaurants to enjoy your favorite food. Walmart which is just a few minutes of walking. The property is within walking distance to the Walnut Grove Park and a few minutes of driving to other parks to enjoy some fresh air or activities with your loved ones. The property is about one mile away from DisneyLand, and a few miles away from popular places such as Anaheim Packing District and Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Freeway 5 and 57 are just a few blocks away. The home is clean, nice, well-maintained and has had several upgrades including new roof, new hardwood floorings, fresh paints and beautiful crown molding throughout. In a warm afternoon, you can feel the cool breeze from your backyard, which is refreshing and perfect. The backyard has porcelain flooring throughout, and a nice patio for your outdoor enjoyment. Out to the garage, you'll find a walk-in closet and parking space for one car. Outside the garage, you'll find the long driveway which can pack up to four compact cars. You can also easily find parkings on the street. Street parking requires a permit which you can obtain as residence. Your combined household income must exceed three times the rent, or if you have section 8, your combined household income must exceed three times your portion of the rent.
