It is located on my property where I also live. It is across the street from the Deer Grove Forest Preserve walking trails. Conveniently located near Lake Zurich, Palatine, and Barrington.

New carpet, refrigerator, stovetop oven, washing machine, and water softener.

Garbage is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and cable. Tenant will also be responsible for maintaining the water softener. It will be filled with softer salt upon move in. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance, there is a landscaper that will mow weekly or biweekly.

Absolutely no smoking.
