"We’ve lived in this neighborhood over six years. We have super nice neighbors, everyone is very friendly. Great location! We are close to downtown and Hamilton Place Area. (With about a ten minute driving time to most areas of Chattanooga.) I love that every house is unique in it’s architecture. There are cute, little quaint houses everywhere you look. Our street is perfect for dog walking and/or entertaining your young family while they ride their little bicycles. We have a pretty laid back community. There is a neighborhood watch program, for interested parties. The area, itself, is pretty peaceful. Honestly, we are wasting money every month owning a security system. We also get a surprising amount of Trick-or-Treaters each year. We typically have to turn off our porch light by 10:00pm to stop the flow of car loads of “big spooks.” 😜"

"None that I know of. It’s very quiet and people keep to themselves. Friendly but not much community living. "
  • CB
" There are no events that I’m aware of. The neighborhood is a nice quiet friendly area. There are several places of business within walking distance such as family dollar and a local bakery. "
  • Madelinerector
"It’s cheap. Also it’s inbetween Hamilton and downtown so it’s a short drive from either. The crime is moderately low in most parts as well "
  • Christine M.
"we don't have any events that I'm aware of but, I would love to see out neighbors do more together. maybe a cookout or a get together to meet everyone."
