Lower Kula, mauka of Kula Hwy, west facing on 1 acre (which also has a detached main house, rented separately) with bi-coastal, Haleakala, West Maui, Moloka'i and Lana'i views, monkey pod wood kitchen counter, open beam high ceilings, clerestory windows and soffit lighting. Oaks, jacarandas, and avocado trees on grounds which have never been subjected to chemicals. Room to cultivate your own garden. Close to Kula Hardware, La Provence restaurant, Haleakala Waldorf School, Seabury Hall, King Kekaulike High School, Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus. 6 month lease. Up to 2, neutered/spayed cats OK.
