Payment for electricity and gas heat is the responsibility of the tenant. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The first month's rent of 695.00 and 1,390.00 security deposit are required to take possession. Credit and background checks are also required.This is a month to month lease with an open ended termination date and the requirement that the tenant gives at least 2 month's notice upon relinquishing occupancy of the apartment and canceling the lease.
