Waterfront 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Downstairs Apartment with Bonus Room - Short Term Rental Possible - This waterfront downstairs apartment located in Tanglewood Shores offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with a bonus room with a futon that converts to a full-size bed for guests. This apartment is fully furnished. An additional $300 per month will be added to the rent to cover all utilities which includes electric, cable, internet, propane, phone, water and sewer. The owner will cover any overages.

It features a living room with a gas fireplace and a bar with two stools, a large kitchen and dining area, and an outside porch area to enjoy the outdoors. The home also has a whole house generator. All linens are provided. Other features include a kitchen pantry, plenty of kitchen cabinet storage space, stainless steel appliances, a hall storage closet with an extra dresser, a large desk in the second bedroom with plenty of space to work, and a master bedroom with doors that lead outside.

Appliances include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, microwave and a washer and dryer. Lessee has use of fire pit and boat dock that includes a fishing permit. House has separate upstairs apartment with a separate entrance and is available separately for rent. Tenant must join as an associate member of the HOA which is $200 per year.
