The house is situated on a quiet corner lot with a neighborhood park, playgrounds, playing fields and tennis courts directly behind the house.
The entire yard, front and back, is filled with gardens, plants and trees. Renters are encouraged to to take advantage of the many gardens-a big plus for anyone wanting to grow their own food.
The home is a unique semi-shared situation. The owner, a long time Boulder resident and artist, lives onsite in the back portion of the home, connected by a single door off the kitchen.
The rental portion of this Mid Century, one-level home is private and fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an eat-in kitchen, laundry and living room.
The home's kitchen has plenty of counter space with a small peninsula and a table which will seat up to 5.
Outfitted with every thing you'll need to cook delicious meals, there is a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, water filter and more. Handmade pottery dishes inspire every meal. A separate laundry area, with a washer and dryer, is situated just off the kitchen.
On one end of the home is a large, private master bedroom suite with sitting area, desk, memory foam queen size bed, skylights, walk-in closet and large bathroom. The bathroom includes both a deep, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
On the other end of the home are two additional bedrooms, either of which could easily be used as offices. Filled with southern light, the second bedroom, the size of a master, has its own desk, full size bed, dresser, sleeper sofa and double closets.
Across the hall, the third bedroom is complete with a queen bed, desk, dresser and comfy reading chair. Both bedrooms share a recently remodeled hallway bathroom with double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a small 1/2 bath off the living room.
The South facing living room is comfortable and welcoming with cozy leather couches, chairs, a flat screen TV and a massage chair.
The furnace has an ion plasma air cleaner and Merck filter. In addition to ceiling fans, there is an evaporative cooler for use during the hottest parts of the summer.
This home is being offered fully furnished, and includes all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and cooking utensils, along with bedding and linens.
Wifi is provided by Quantum Fiber with download speeds over 650 gbps. The front driveway accommodates off street parking for 1 vehicle, with plenty of on street parking in front of the home. On the side of the house there is a covered bike shed for up to 3 bicycles. There is no garage.
A sunny front yard is abundantly landscaped with flowers, fruit trees, shrubs and two separate seating areas. 3 raised garden beds offer fresh veggies.
Unless traveling, the owner, an artist, lives on site in a separate portion of the house.
