"It’s affordable and uneventful a safer quieter part of ocean view. A great place if you are low income and need affordable housing. Most of the area is drug and crime infested."

"I grew up in this neighborhood as a kid and now live here as an adult and have watched it improve slowly. Economically it is developing and improving every day. A lot of the old is leaving sadly but there are new things coming just not fast enough."

"We lived here for a few years, originally from out of state we were pretty happy with the area. It’s close to the beach, base and easy to get downtown and to the grocery stores, there was a dog park near our small complex. Not too bad for a young couple getting started/in the military. "
