Two story, brick home with 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, separate living room, dining room, and family room with fireplace. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the upstairs level, there is a half bath on the main level. This home has neutral colors throughout with wood laminate flooring in the formal living room, family room, upstairs hallway and the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, ceramic tile flooring, a pantry and desk area, and includes use of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and above the range microwave. Laundry closet is upstairs with washer/dryer connections. There is a 2 car garage and a private wooded lot with a large fenced in backyard great for pets.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.
