Downstairs you will find a spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom vanity with 2 sinks, along with another full bathroom and small bedroom (could be an office/nursery). Two small bedrooms and one bathroom with 2 sinks are located upstairs. The backyard is fully fenced with 6-foot privacy fencing and new gate along with a small concrete patio. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms and living room. New ones are being installed in the 3 smaller bedrooms. Washer (1-year old) and brand new dryer are included in the inside laundry room. Kitchen has stainless appliances that are less than 2 years old. The unit has been deep cleaned. Fresh paint throughout the inside, including the kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms have ceramic tile. All bedrooms, stairs and other living areas will have light-colored, low maintenance luxury vinyl plank (currently being installed). Other information: new french doors in the back, 1-year old HVAC, 2-year old roof helps with utilities.

Pets: Well-behaved, indoor pets are considered with additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets. Maximum of two pets. Per homeowners insurance, no aggressive breeds will be considered. No outdoor cats. No puppies less than 1-year old. All pets must be approved prior to finalizing the lease.

One-year lease preferred. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the unit. Owner is responsible for lawn maintenance. More pictures will be coming soon as work is completed. Showings will begin June 22. Note: Some pictures show the old flooring and appliances.

The property will not entertain 3rd parties that want to lease it as a short-term rental. The property isn't setup to accept subsidies from public housing assistance programs.

1-year lease desired. Tenant is responsible for utilities and trash. Owner is responsible for lawn maintenance. Maximum of 2 approved pets with pet fee. Half of $2100 deposit is due upon signing. The other half of the deposit is due prior to move in, along with pet fee if applicable.

    "The commute is decent depending on where you are going and the side of town you live on. The city is constantly growing so commutes will becoming shorter in the long run but with this being a college town probably mean more traffic and immature people being in the same place at the same time."
