The Master Bath floors and walk in shower are covered in marble with a huge oval soaking tub for relaxing. The shower also offers a handheld option, as well as a full bench seat. The spacious Master Bath offers separate his and hers sinks with beautiful honed carrara countertops. The whole home is equipped with chrome Moen Voss fixtures and comfort height elongated Kohler toilets. The home has upgraded audio features that include full surround sound wiring and speakers in the bonus room as well as zoned audio speakers in the Family, Study, Master Bedroom, Master Closet, Master Bath, and rear porch. Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
