Main room is 12 1/2 x 11 1/2 with kitchen 7 x 5 and a walk in 5 x 4 closet with a built in chest of drawers. There is a ceiling fan and you will have the use of an efficient air conditioner with remote.
Rent includes heat and water. This building is privately owned with only 5 units. Other tenants are grown-ups and this is NOT a party building. Located in a quiet neighborhood on E. 33rd St, it is near JHU campus, Union Memorial Hospital, the farmer s market and bus & shuttle lines in the heart of Charles Village. Street parking (with a permit from the city) is readily available. Rent is $725.00/month with a required security deposit of one month's rent $725.00, minimum one year s lease. Apartment is available to move July 1st. Garage right next to apartment will become available August 1, for $140/month.
