Located in the heart of Charles Village, it offers a large (14' x 14') living room with French doors that open to the front (North) porch, and a non-working fireplace.
The dining room is a comfortable 14' x 12', the cozy kitchen - easy to maintain.
The bathroom has a shower and tub combo with ceramic tile floor and a large linen closet.
The two bedrooms are 14' x 12' and 14' x 11' , both have closets, and one has a built in set of shelves for more storage.
There is also an extra large coat closet at the entrance.
Floors are hardwood in the bedrooms and original wood parquet in the living and dining rooms. There's lots of light from all the windows and the ceilings are 9' high.

This is a privately owned building occupied by grown-ups. It is NOT a party building. Rent includes heat and water. Each unit has it's own water heater. Electric service was recently upgraded.
Location is on bus and shuttle lines, just 3 blocks from JHU Homeland campus, across from Union Memorial Hospital.
One month's rent ($1350) for security deposit.
Minimum one year's lease.
