Description

Cute little A-frame house moved from Callaway Gardens to its present spot in Lagrange GA. It comes with multiple window AC units and heaters (gas and electric). This means low utility bills. It also has an onsite well for zero water bill. Gas appliances are included. The detached shed/garage is wired up for power and has hook ups for washer and dryer. The shed has a large upstairs storage area. There is a large bonus room upstairs that could be another bedroom or large walk-in closet. Outside there is also a large fenced in area as well as the pole barn which could easily be re-roofed into a huge barn. The house has a newer metal roof on it in great shape.

We are selling this place AS IS. It was purchased by my father-in-law in Jan 2016 and he passed away one month later. We can share the home inspection report that was completed in January.

Please note: We do not believe the 670 square feet is accurate. We think this does not include the large living room that was added on once the home was moved onsite. We will try to get an updated Sq Ft ASAP.

Very active downtown development association. Wonderful Chamber of Commerce. Lots of family oriented activities happen downtown on the Square and at the sweet land amphitheater."
