    "This is a very quiet place to live. It is close to the malls without being near all the traffic. It is less than three miles from Athens Christian School and down the road from Hull-Sanford Elementary in the low tax district of Madison County. It is less than 15 minutes from UGA and within 5 miles of Athens Tech. Nearby are two great grocery stores--Ingles and Kroger. The neighborhood is a cul-de-sac and is great for jogging and strolling kids or walking dogs. The neighbors are friendly and protective. "
