"While down-town has the night life, the north end is for every-day life. Regular working families, long term locals, and young professionals can co-exist without the stress of which tourist event is happening and what it means for daily traffic patterns. Fair spacing of reasonably priced property for rent or purchase, easy access to major commuting roads, and excellent neighborhoods for walking make this where to live when you want to be close to the action, not in the thick of it!"
