To your right is the unique circular staircase which leads to upstairs bonus room with its own full bathroom. This room is massive, has its own AC system, and can be used as a home office, the 5th bedroom, a game room, woman cave, home gym or whatever you need the space for. Downstairs you will find updated wood floors in both the living room and extra-large dining room. Through the dining room’s swing door you will find the ridiculously big kitchen. It has granite countertops and backsplash, updated 42” cabinets w/ pullouts, huge center island w/ storage & counter seating, and stainless appliances including a combination convection oven/standard oven. There is so much cabinet space in this kitchen you may have to go buy more stuff just to fill them. The kitchen opens to seating at the granite bar overlooking the family room. The master suite has tray ceilings, a separate seating area & more space than you will know what do with. The master bath has his and her vanities, so your messy partner doesn’t get in your way (little things like this are super important when stuck at home with your partner, trust me!). There is a jetted whirlpool tub and separate walk in shower. The large master closet has a California shelving system. Next to the master is another bedroom that can also make the perfect guest room or home office since it has its own en suite full bathroom. Across the house, far far away from the serene master suite is the “kids wing”. They have their own hallway w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 of which opens to the shared full bathroom which also serves as the pool bath. Once you exit through the 4 doors leading out back, you enter the backyard oasis. The heated pool & large, covered lanai are private as they are surrounded by tropical landscaping. The screen enclosure has LED lights to keep the entertaining going into the night and critically will keep the Florida bugs away & leaves out of pool. The built-in spa has a new heater last year and is the perfect spot to unwind w/ a cocktail in the evenings. We also put in a new pool pump last year and a NEW ROOF in 2017 so you have many years of enjoyment from these systems. The photos are from late 2018 & are when we listed it for rent. The long-term tenants have made several small improvements but the house is just as pristine as the pictures show. We have included a detailed description & a lot of photos so the “just curious” can see everything online w/out bothering our tenants.
