About this House

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has been painted throughout with freshly steam cleaned carpet in both bedrooms. The kitchen, living room and hallway have laminate flooring.

The apartment features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, radiant heat, window air, energy efficient windows, ceiling fan in the kitchen and washer/dryer hookup. Two spaces of off street parking provided.

We are conveniently located close to I-675, Wright State University, WPAFB, restaurants, and shopping.
Rent is $850 per month with an $850 deposit. Renter is responsible for all utilities (electric and city water/trash). A $45 application fee is required for all residents over eighteen. Requirements: income of 3.5x the rental amount (proof of income required), credit score of 625 or higher and able to pass background check.

Section 8 is not accepted.

Preference is for no pets, but one small pet may be allowed (up to 20 lbs) for a $150 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $25 per month.

It’s a military town, with Wright-Patterson AFB. It was nothing growing up and going to someone else’s parents and one their parents could be of any nationality. So, you learn different cultures. Finally, the people from Appalachia. Like my parents. Following the factory and Air Force jobs from the mountains of Appalachia. So, Fairborn is a great place to raise your children."
