This unit offers central force air heat and has window air conditioning with two units provided. Tenants pay their own electric and gas. Water, sewer and trash included in rent. Only drawback is there is no laundry on-site so its campus or the laundry mat for the wash. Great downtown location offers easy access to all downtown has to offer and the Mary Baldwin campus.
