"I grew up here for the first 18 years of my life. It is pretty rural, and it’s a little bit of a drive if you need anything, but the community is great, the lake is awesome, and the schools are good."
  • Eddie F.
"I’ve been here with my sister 2 years. The neighborhood is peaceful. And there’s no trouble here. It’s kind of in the Country but only 10 minutes away from stores so it’s a good location"
  • Kimcostner7
"It’s just a beautiful area. People get along well. Good schools and close enough to shopping and the lake. "
  • Kimcostner7
"Great schools, churches and safe area for children to play outside. Minutes to shopping for groceries, clothing and hardware. Beautiful state park only a short drive, within five miles of the area. Area activities, soccer, dog park, disc golf, lake access and picnic area. "
  • Kayla P.
"it’s really close to Jefferson City, knoxville, and morristown. no more that a 45 minute drive to sevierville. "
  • Hannah.kingsbury

"people rarely drive the speed limit. by that I mean speeding and not enough monitoring by our police force they seam to be after the big crimes to try to make a name for themselves and its purpose children that they should be concerned about due to home close to the road"
  • Tomjudye1
"Nice quiet neighborhood with middle class homeowners. Lots are large and housed well maintained. Homeowners are mice but "
  • divy1963
"close to lakes, mountains & larger cities with lots of things to do, and great restaurants.Good neighbors, various churches, good schools, both public & private, close to good shopping areas as well."
  • Kasey V.
"Dogs are welcomed, but the roads are dangerous. Recommend fences or inside animals be leashed. Lost dogs are easily returned home. I have been on both ends of the spectrum, and most are returned within the week."
  • linda242
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 9 years. Very safe, clean and friendly community."
  • dougb
"The next door neighbors complain about EVERYTHING and let thier autistic child ride motorcycles without a helmet in the middle of the road and through neighbors yards unsupervised. Other People party LOUD and fire guns late at night. Still others ride 4 wheelers in the road with toddlers on the back and no helmets on any rider. NOT A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD anymore and I have been here since the Early 1970's"
