Large mud/laundry room with storage shelves. Blinds throughout the home. Front yard work is taken care of by the owners, backyard maintenance is negotiable. Giant open floor plan with an office nook in the hallway. The master has a walk-in closet, the two other bedrooms are large with full-size closets. All appliances are less than 3 years old, no washer and dryer though hookups are available. All pets are welcome with a pet security deposit.

The owner is responsible for front yard maintenance. All other utilities ie. electric, water, and garbage at the expense of the tenant. Pets require a negotiable security deposit. No smoking allowed. 6 months to1-year lease required. Tenant is responsible for backyard lawn maintenance.
