-- GENERAL INFORMATION --

You will have access to the entire house, except a bedroom (not counted in the 4 bedrooms on the listing), a small closet, a storage shed and some locked cabinets in the garage.

In an effort to protect our property and our tenants, a smart doorbell, smart garage openers and security cameras are in exterior spaces only. We are committed to your safety and privacy.

We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our tenants. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a "party house". Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. Music during the day in the exterior locations should be kept at a low level. We do however want and expect you to have a great experience.

There is plenty of parking. 2 spots in the garage, 3-4 parking spots in the driveway if needed, parking in front of the house and parking across the street if needed. Also, there is room for a boat or RV on the side of the house.

Note to tenants with young children: this is a two story house and there are no baby gates installed. The pool and hot tub are not fenced. The pool alarms must be activated on each door by toggling them "on" (power is located on the side of the device). This will notify you if a door that leads to the backyard is opened.

Minimum tenant age is 30.

We prefer no pets, but are open to the possibility of 1-2 small dogs.

No smoking allowed.

Owner pays for broadband internet, pool and hot tub service and gardening. Streaming services, water, trash, gas and electricity is paid by the tenant. Solar panels help offset the electricity cost.
