Two-Story home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on corner lot. Greatest feature is the lot with plenty of parking and fully gated. Includes RV or Boat parking and carport parking and two car garage. All bedrooms are upstairs. One full bathroom on main floor. Electric stove, microwave and dishwasher included. Washer and dryer hookups in laundry room in main floor. Central AC/Heating throughout the house and ceiling fans through the house. The largest bedroom has access to balcony.

Renter is responsible all utilities: gas, water, electric. Also responsible for trash pickup service and maintaining weed removal as well as maintaining included appliances.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Lease duration negotiable.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
