The house is fully stocked and includes soft bedding, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a wood burning chimney in the garden for relaxing nights. Hospital is 5 minutes away. PTI Airport is 25 mins. 2 mins away from major highway. 3 minutes from High Point University. 20 minutes to Winston Salem. 20 minutes to Asheboro. 15 minutes to Greensboro. 15 minutes to Kernersville. Front door and back door cameras in use 24/7.

Single occupant only. Visitors not allowed. This house is set up for traveling professionals or students. Non-smoking. No animals. Not ADA. Not suitable for children.

Please clean up after yourself at all times after kitchen and bathroom use. Do not leave dirty dishes, plates, crumbs, facial hair in the bathroom or other messes. There is no maid service. I visit often to clean and reset spaces but you must maintain the house as you found it when you checked in. Be a respectful guest.
