    "My neighborhood has great access to public transit, and is only 7 min from downtown. It’s walkable and has a wonderful variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within a short distance. "

    "There are children around but only by necessity as rent is very cheap here. It is absolutely not friendly, one of the most dangerous areas in Spokane. Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

I have 3 kids and it has been a great area to raise my kids. Our neighbors are great. We take walks throughout neighborhood and love seeing our neighbors out and about. Great place to raise a family."
