There is access to the backyard and an assigned shed (4'x8') for storage. All utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and gas) for an additional $160/month (Ethernet and Wireless Wi-Fi is also complimentary in the apartment). A washer and dryer are also included in the unit. Rosecrest is about what I would expect from a white, middle class, mostly LDS school in the Salt Lake area. There is zero diversity, an overabundance of food related rewards, and almost zero sense of greater community. The school is basically run by a handful of outspoken parents and trying to break into that clique is fierce. The education my children have received has been average in some areas, far less than average in others (especially math and science). It's a public school in the least funded state, so I didn't have high hopes, but I really didn't expect it to be so oppressive and uncomfortable. If you are a middle class, mormon family from Canyon Rim/Millcreek, I am sure this school is just lovely.

"The neighborhood is at the very foot of incredible mountains. There is a vast city view to the west. You can see the jets landing at the airport on a clear night. To the north , south and east are the incredible Wasatch Mountains. What’s not to love?"
