Its a small home with full bathroom , full kitchen, and 1 bedroom,plus a sliding door that leads to the outside with plenty of parking. I also include a storage conveniently next to the small home for easy access and it also has a patio/ garden on the back .

The deposit is in case of damages to the property and is not valid or to be used as a month of rent. Rent is month by month. The small house is small enough for single person . Renter must show credit score prior signing the rent lease.

The property is also a short distance away from wall-mart , the 215 and 15 HWY which makes it a convenient place to live.

Our kids say that they’ve always felt comfortable while playing or walking around the housing tract and have never experienced any situations where they’ve felt threatened in any way.
