Renters are limited to insurance housing relocations, Exec relocations, and traveling professionals. Final bookings will be performed at the NexAero Vacation Rental website (nexaerorental.com). A Utility allowance of $400/mo will be given, any overages will be drawn from a current CC retained on file with NexAero Rentals.
Applications are excepted through Zillow and will be followed by background checks. Upon completion a lease will be required and security deposit collected. Guests will be required to follow CC&R's

- Move-out / Cleaning Fee $525
- Admin Processing Fee: $500
- Late Rent Fee $50 each time
- Any violations of CCR's will be deducted from Deposit

"We do a neighborhood Easter Egg hunt, a lot of the houses participate by hiding eggs on their lawns. Also do a 4th of July potluck and parade. The kids will decorate their bikes and neighbors will line up the chairs on their lawn to watch. "
