Looking for 2 sublettors to take over the apartment starting sometime in September, the date is flexible. We still love the apartment, we have simply come across a great opportunity. The current lease runs through April of 2025 and can be extended afterwards. There is a $700 fee for the change mid-lease. My roommate and I will cover half. The apartment comes with all amenities included in the complex such as pool, gym, golf simulator, coffee bar, clubhouse lounge area, firepit, and more. People also run the stop sign on the Allendale Winslow entrance so you have to be super careful there, and people drive pretty fast on Allendale .
