The Background Screening Charge is non-refundable. The full background check typically takes 3-5 business days, but this may vary.

APPLYING:
Contact us for a link to the full screening policy and application forms, or you can schedule a house showing and collect application forms at that time. The cost is $49 for screening and is required for everyone over the age of 18 years. Applications will be date- and time-stamped when fully completed and turned in with accompanying photocopies of State or Federal ID and two most recent pay stubs.

MANDATORY IN-PERSON APPLICATION POLICY:
Application Submission and Screening Fee Requirements: All prospective tenants aged 18 or older must submit their completed rental application and pay the non-refundable screening fee in person. Applications and screening fees submitted via mail, email, or online portal will not be accepted or processed. In accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 90.295, the landlord will provide all applicants with a written copy of the screening criteria, including the specific screening fee amount, before accepting an application or fee. This in-person application requirement is a uniform policy applied equally to all applicants in compliance with federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
