"Not any at all. This neighborhood isn’t really a family oriented area. More keep to yourself and take care of you! "

"lots of traffic till I get to the highway then my commute is easy . I live between both highways . Parts of the neighborhood is bad "
  • Mhashash100
"Very close to all of life s needs like living in a small village. The development is known as del mar village on legal papers"
  • Valentina_miranda
"Park is not safe. The school district is not good. Keep your kids close by. Lock all your doors and car doors."
  • Kathy M. F.
"We’ve lived here 32+ years & I would no longer let my kids walk the neighborhood-too many nonresidents walking around. 😞"
  • Rferreira1 4. c.
"Pros: nice quiet community, everyone stays to themselves, nice homes built in the 1950's, diverse, very quiet after 7pm, even quiet on the weekends, a few nice maintained properties, feel safe in my home and outside, Podesta LUSD school is around the corner, running trails are not too far... Cons: can get a little light in traffic early in the morning 7am-9am and after work 4pm-6pm, would be nice to have speed bumps- cars speed through here, two or three neighbors should pay a little more attention toward their yard, nearest gas station, Chevron, probably the most expensive gas in town, border to LUSD- but you are still part of SUSD, "
  • Sheideanching
"This block is very quite and very good neighborhood. Residents who live in this block have been here for 25 to 40 years. Very quite and safe for kids to play. Do not have much cars who pass by and motorist slows down when passing this block. I love this area. Very close in all shopping centers which are combined of what I used to have from 3 different cities in the Bay Area. "
