High Point Section 1 has 62 buildings and one clubhouse on a serene lake with a fountain. Each building has 2- one-bedroom and 2- two-bedroom units with a total of 248. The Community is one of seven sections, built-in 1972.

High Point Section 1 has an updated clubhouse and a beautiful pool and patio area, a billiards area, a small library of books contributed by members, shuffleboard and more.
