Monthly rent is $2,700 with a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Minimum 12-month lease. Home is fully furnished, with utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included. Washer and dryer are provided. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the home. All applicants must complete and pay for a background check. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and following all lease terms. The home must be returned in the same clean condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. If additional cleaning, repairs, or damages beyond normal wear and tear are required after move-out, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit as permitted by the lease agreement. Parking is available for two vehicles in the attached two-car garage. Rent may be negotiable depending on the lease term and applicant qualifications.
